The 22-year-old has been sidelined since March 5 after breaking his foot during England's friendly victory over Denmark at Wembley.
Wenger had previously claimed that Wilshere would play some part in the final stages of Arsenal's season, which includes an FA Cup final against Hull City, and would be fully fit for England's World Cup campaign in Brazil this summer.
We have everybody who played against West Brom available. We could have the return of [Aaron] Ramsey and Wilshere could be in the squad as well for Sunday," Wenger said.
"I don't know [how much time Wilshere will get on the pitch].
"He will be ready for the World Cup. For the rest, I do not want to make an individual case of anybody.
"What is important is the team and that we prepare well as a team."
